1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Build For Founders ("BFF", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when you visit buildforfounders.com, book a call, contact us, use an authorised BFF administrator area, or otherwise engage with our signal-based client acquisition services.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, timezone, company website, LinkedIn profile URL, services of interest, and messages you send to us. When you schedule a discovery call, we also record the appointment time, booking status, meeting link, and related calendar reference needed to operate that booking. Authorised collaborators may provide an email address and access preferences for BFF’s internal blog or calendar tools.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct discovery calls, create calendar invitations and Google Meet links, notify the BFF team of booking activity, provide requested services, maintain internal booking records, prevent double booking, protect the website, and improve our operations. We do not sell personal information or use booking details to create public testimonials.

4. Calendar, meeting, and email services

When you book a call, BFF may create a Google Calendar event and Google Meet link, then send a confirmation or cancellation through BFF’s business email service. The information placed in a calendar description is limited to the details needed for the team to prepare for the conversation, such as your name, contact information, service interest, website, LinkedIn profile if supplied, timezone, and meeting details.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use carefully selected providers for website hosting, email delivery, calendar and meeting functionality, and technical operations. We share information with those providers only where necessary to deliver the requested service, operate our systems, meet legal requirements, or protect BFF, our users, or others. We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a legitimate business transition.

6. Retention and cancellation records

We retain booking, email, and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, scheduling, internal reporting, dispute resolution, security, and legal or contractual obligations. A cancelled booking may be hidden from day-to-day dashboard views, but it is retained as an internal record so totals and audit history remain accurate.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through public website forms unless we explicitly request a secure channel.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications. We may need to keep limited information where a lawful business, security, or record-keeping reason applies.

9. International processing

BFF works with clients and providers in multiple locations. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to support appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version is always posted on this page. For a privacy request or question, email admin@buildforfounders.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
