1. Acceptance
By accessing buildforfounders.com, booking a discovery call, requesting information, or using an authorised BFF workspace, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to act for that company.
2. Website and discovery calls
The website and discovery-call booking flow are provided to help prospective clients understand BFF’s services and discuss potential fit. A booked call is not a commitment by either party to enter into a paid engagement. BFF may reschedule, decline, or cancel a call where reasonably necessary, including for availability, security, or suitability reasons.
3. Services and client agreements
BFF designs signal-based client acquisition systems for accounting, advisory, and related professional-service firms. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, pilot structure, capacity, responsibilities, and any applicable retainer terms are set only in a separate written proposal, order form, or service agreement accepted by both parties. Those documents control if they conflict with these general website Terms.
4. No outcome guarantee
BFF may use research, positioning, technical outreach infrastructure, buying signals, and qualification processes to support client acquisition. Results depend on many factors outside BFF’s control, including offer quality, client responsiveness, market conditions, capacity, approvals, follow-up, sales execution, and third-party platform policies. BFF does not guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings, customers, revenue amount, conversion rate, return on investment, or business outcome unless a written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
5. Client responsibilities
A client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of its offer, services, claims, data, messaging approvals, sales conversations, regulatory obligations, and relationship with prospects or customers. Clients must provide timely feedback, required access, accurate brand and service information, and a suitable process for handling leads or meetings.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt security, scrape or copy protected material at scale, submit false booking information, impersonate another person, interfere with BFF systems, or use BFF materials in a way that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.
7. Intellectual property and confidentiality
BFF retains ownership of its website, brand, processes, frameworks, software configurations, creative assets, and pre-existing intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables and confidentiality obligations are governed by the applicable written service agreement. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit BFF materials without written permission.
8. Third-party services
Calendar, meeting, email, hosting, analytics, and other third-party services may be used to operate BFF. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. BFF is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or actions of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. BFF is not providing legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice through this website. Any limitation of liability for a paid engagement will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
10. Changes, suspension, and contact
We may update these Terms, change website features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions should be sent to admin@buildforfounders.com with the subject line “Terms Question.”
